This Privacy Policy explains how StudiePoint AI (Studiepoint OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the StudiePoint AI platform, including the scholarship database, GPA converter, visa checker, AI essay coach, and AI counsellor.

Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed using bcryptjs).
• Profile data: nationality, GPA, field of study, degree level, used to personalise scholarship matches and counsellor responses.
• Usage data: pages visited, essays generated, scholarships saved, and tool interactions, used to improve the platform.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide personalised scholarship matching, GPA conversion, visa checking, and AI essay coaching. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may send transactional emails (welcome, deadline reminders) if you have opted in. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting hello@studiepoint.ai.
